Enter Elyissia Chinchilla and her mother, Barbara Ferrante, aka the two chicks in 2 Chicks With Chocolate, a wildly non-traditional chocolate shop with locations in Metuchen and Middletown.
The duo, in business for 10 years, dare to do something that makes traditional chocolatiers shudder: They use color — oodles of color, that is, from bright reds and blues to pinks and greens — in their rebellious chocolate bonbons.
